I have something they can do with the skills. In version 3.3g with sasuke's magekyo sharingan technique they put a few skills inside of it, maybe they can do that for all the characters, they have a bunch of skill packs. For example: water pack has water prison, water waves, 5 feeding sharks, water clones, etc, etc. For the clones i think they should stay forever until death, it would help with water prison, the clone uses it and the prison doesn't disappear until the clone dies.

That's what I think you should do with the skills so you can put more in there for us to use instead of only a few and that's my water prison idea for kisame , it will be cool if you can make 1 of guren's technique like this too. She makes a crystal and the clone holds an enemy in a crystal (doesn't disappear until clone dies).

j0ker and pain, can you guys take a look at naruto shippuden ninpou ex4.0 map, they got good gaara attack effect, maybe you guys can put that in to make it look more naruto-like and not let it change once your int gets high.

the Gaara in that map isnt filled with custom effects, its just a different model with effects added to it, also when it casts a spell or dies, some Japanese text will appear. The got this deleted in Naruto Ninpou but not on W3 Unlimited.
